Friendly and helpful customer service

I've been with Admiral for about 5 years now, I chose to stay with them due to their excellent customer service, but particularly the legal cover. I haven't had to make a claim, but I found the legal advice extremely helpful. I ring every year when I get my renewal quote and they have always managed to lower the price for me.
