Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Family orientated company

Great deals through customer service

Admirals customer service department were extremely helpful in working out a a multi cover deal for my home and car that would beat other quotes I had received. My home and car weren’t originally going to renew at the same time, but they worked it all out so that they would in future years and made the whole process easy to understand and as painless as possible. Great communication

I have been a loyal admiral customer for many years We have multiple vehicles and our home and contents insurance with admiral. We find them so easy to deal with and great communication from the team there should we every need to add vehicles or make changes to our policy we just pick up the phone and speak to one of the pleasant an helpful operators.
