Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Jewelry claim

The diamond on the wife's engagement ring was lost while out shopping, I contacted Admiral for advice and they agreed a valid claim and all was sorted in a couple of weeks. Excellent service throughout our claim. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023
