Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great value

I had been with my home insurance provider for over 5 years, I hadn't shopped around and auto renewed each year as it wasn't overly expensive. This year the renewal quote was double. I shopped around and Admiral came in cheaper than what I had been paying over last few years with old supplier. The switch was really easy, customer support was great making sure had the right cover and was comparable to what I had. Consistently good

Easy to sign up

I've not had the misfortune to need to claim as yet, but the ease of signing up on the website after searching on comparison sites and finding Admiral to be the best value, was great. I also renewed this time on an automated renewal because it barely increased and everything was simple to continue. New quotes were no cheaper either when I searched, so no point leaving.
