Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Honesty and integrity

Great company

I've been with Admiral for a number of years and always found them to be excellent. Unfortunately, I've had to make a couple of claims but have found them to be very efficient and fair in dealing with them. As a result, I was expecting my premiums to go up this year, however, after searching on some comparison websites, I spoke to a very friendly and helpful agent at Admiral who got my annual premium down to meet the comparison quotes. Great Home Insurance

Admiral have excellent policies and pricing for a very good insurance product. It covers all my home insurance needs, including individual high value jewellery items both at home and when outside the home. Easy to use website and easy to use repair and claim process. Reviewed on: 17th August 2023
