Reliable and reassuring

Have my home and building contents with Admiral and have been with them some time, though having never been necessary to make a claim of any sort thankfully, I know they are there if I need them. I recently moved house and decided to stay with my previous insurer. I had to phone them and found their customer services dept ineffective and far too chaotic.
