Cutting the cost ...

My home insurance premium from Admiral was a fraction of the cost from my previous insurance company , when the pennies count , with everything costing more , this was a welcome relief . Reviewed on: 16th August 2024

Never insure with admiral home insurance

i call customer services in jan. 2021 they sold me plat. policy i told was was required ,now when i put a claim in for legal dispute admiiral do not want to honor the policy, making excuses but at the end of the day Admiral unlawfully miss sold the policy. Reviewed on: 10th August 2023

Quick and easy

Simple multi insurance

I joined admiral for my car insurance once I got my own car as it was the cheapest company with the best benefits at the time. I then turned it into multicar insurance by adding my mam's car once her other insurance ended. Since then we've turned it into general multi insurance by also adding the house insurance into it. It's such a great way to manage the bigger kinds of insurance you need in life by having it all in one place for one fee every month. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Top marks all round

I have been an Admiral home insurance for many years. With each renewal I have searched comparison sites and then stayed with Admiral. Their communications are helpful, and not too frequent. I’ve owned a home for 48 years and recently had to claim for damage at my property. Everyone was very helpful, with security the prime concern. The damage was assessed very quickly by Evander, Admiral’s partner. Repairs and replacements completed with minimal delay. Highly recommended for price, quality of service and peace of mind. Dont even bother

Absolutely do not trust this company. They are very happy to tell you bathroom leaks are covered on their tv adverts. However in reality they will not investigate your claim properly and try to wriggle out wherever possible. The trap under my bath failed and leaked, it flooded downstairs and caused some damage to the joists. They tried to pass this off for other reasons. The reason I got house insurance was to give my family security that we were covered in events like this. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Claim review Day 1- Misinformation

Despite giving full details, I was firstly told the policy didn't exist- the contact Tel referred to Motor ins not Buildings and Contents. Told policy didn't cover burst pipe repair- told it's like wear and tear to a mobile phone. Completely incorrect and misleading, when in fact we have Emergency Home Cover with Admiral contract-i was told to go and deal with the Sedgwick company, as a third party outsourced service.All very unhelpful when dealing with the emergency. Claims should be single point contact, and know exactly what's covered, and how to proceed with claim and required actions. Hope the rest of the claims process goes more smoothly. To be continued. .. Good prices, good communication

I’ve had admiral home contents insurance for a few years now and they are very good at communicating through email and informing me of small price rises each time I renew which always beat the prices of other companies.
