DO NOT BUY THIS TRAVEL INSURANCE!

DO NOT BUY THIS TRAVEL INSURANCE!!!! It has been the worst experience I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. please be careful who you get your travel insurance from. My phone was stolen while in New York in July, I'm still waiting for the claim to go through and we are in September. The communication has been dreadful, the Customer service team have given all different excuses which never align which shows me they all need more training. I have asked for call back from mangers 3 times and no-one has called me back. when I try to make a complaint they told me if I'm not happy with the service then I can go to the financial ombudsman which can take unto 8 weeks. I make my money through social media as I'm a YouTuber, I will be making a video about this as I feel like this is a scam. I paid extra to cover my gadgets and still now I have no phone back. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BUY YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE THROUGH. Video will be uploaded by the end of this week. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024

Won’t pay even when you follow their guidelines.

Despite being left in a recommended secure spot as per their own guidance (boot of a locked car) they refused to pay out on goods when my car was broken into abroad. £2000 of personal belongings gone and they won’t even respond using their own system and within their own timeframes.
