Accepted practically everywhere, a must have

This card is a must have. At first I was hesitant to get it because I was worried that I wouldn't be accepted at my regular shopping outlets. However, it is accepted at most places save for a handful. The amount of cashback is unimaginable and it is so easy to have a go to card to use for all spending. The offers are also great, I bought train tickets with 10% cashback. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Great cash back card

This is an excellent cash back card. I use it for all of my normal purchases e.g. food shopping and petrol. I would be spending the money anyway but I earn cash back on it which I use at the end of the year to treat myself. The app is use friendly and I feel secure with the security features. Professional Customer Care

Have been with AMEX since 2017. Any time I have had to deal with them they have always been swift, friendly and helpful. Even when I had to utilise a section 75 claim, their service and care was exceptional. The only little gripe I have with my Platinum cashback card, is that unless you spend a minimum amount in the year you will forfeit all earned cashback. Even with this being the case I still use my AMEX as I know if there is a problem they will be on hand to help me out. Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

Excellent Service

The card offers the best cashback you can get in the UK with additional cashback offers available on site and in the app. This alone was enough for me to switch. However, there is more! The card itself is very easy to slip in and out of your wallet, AMEX is very widely accepted in 2023. The welcome deal has worked a treat for me and I will look to get another amex at some point in the future. Reviewed on: 11th June 2023

Great product and experience

Have had this card since December 22 and have had no issues. Great welcome bonus offer and cashback. I've not had any experience with support as I've had no issues so can't comment on this. Only drawback is that not everywhere takes Amex Reviewed on: 11th June 2023
