Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Don't Do It

Before you consider taking out insurance with these thieves....stop....put your debit card down. Don't believe their "animal friends" nicey nicey name/image...these guys will whatever they can to not pay you the money you're owed. My dog has been left lame and in pain for nearly 2 months while I've had two different claims denied. I've now just had to bite the bullet and pay for it myself. I've had insurance with them for 4 years and never claimed a penny. Then when I need them... guess what, they try to wriggle out of paying and couldn't care less about your pet. Best advice I can give you is to direct debit the money you would pay to them monthly into a savings account and further down the line if/when you need it you will have a pot of money to at least lessen the burden Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

Excellent support and kindness

My beloved cat and best friend Tommy, became very unwell in a very short space of time and I was advised by the vet that any emergency treatment was going to be costly. I have luckily had Tommy insured and they could have not have been more caring, kind and helpful at a very distressing time. Unfortunately Tommy did pass away but I am so grateful their support as it took away some of the worry at a very difficult snd upsetting time. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Helping me keep Fargo healthy

As pet parent to a Frenchie with both allergies and BOAR’s we are at the vet routinely and not so routinely. Having Animal Friends insurance has allowed us not to worry about cost and just make the best decision for Fargo to meet his needs. Always there for you

My little rescue dog Molly has been with me for nearly nine years now. Stress free

Great value cover and good service

I discovered Animal Friends when my previous cat reached a significant age and my previous provider didn't want to cover her. Animal friends were more sympathetic and my latest cat is also insured with them. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023
