Don't Do It

Before you consider taking out insurance with these thieves....stop....put your debit card down. Don't believe their "animal friends" nicey nicey name/image...these guys will whatever they can to not pay you the money you're owed. My dog has been left lame and in pain for nearly 2 months while I've had two different claims denied. I've now just had to bite the bullet and pay for it myself. I've had insurance with them for 4 years and never claimed a penny. Then when I need them... guess what, they try to wriggle out of paying and couldn't care less about your pet. Best advice I can give you is to direct debit the money you would pay to them monthly into a savings account and further down the line if/when you need it you will have a pot of money to at least lessen the burden Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

Efficient and worry free

Each time my pet gets sick and needs to make a claim Animal friends have been quick and efficient with the payments which helps to ease the stress especially when I need to take care of my sick dog. Reviewed on: 25th August 2022

Very very helpful

Amazing pet insurance provider who are very helpful with advice and care for your pet, we recently had to make a claim for our cat Simba who had kidney failure, but has since fully recovered with great care from our veterinary hospital. The process of claiming was so smooth our vets did it all for us with the great help and communication from Animal Friends and my plan is still cheap even after the increase because I had to make a claim. There when you need them.

Especially in current times an unexpected Vet bill could be an additional burden and a huge worry. I have found Animal Friends' payment response time to be excellent. It takes away the fear that I wouldn't be able to get my dogs the treatment they need. Reviewed on: 25th August 2022

Helpful and Caring

All queries are answered in a friendly, confident and caring way. They are reasonably priced and provide the cover I require. They knew how I felt when I lost one of my dogs and sent a lovely sympathy message. They are easy to get hold of when there is a problem and easy to talk to. Reviewed on: 25th August 2022
