Everything you need from an insurer

We have had 3 dogs with AF, the first 2 died at 8 and 4, and although the costs accrued during their lifetimes were higher than the premiums paid the company had no hesitation in paying out for the bills we had received from the vets. They also sent a card when we lost our last girl which proves that they go above and beyond in their customer card. Can’t recommend highly enough Reviewed on: 31st August 2021

My cat has been insured with Animal Friends for all of his 9years. During this time he has needed emergency treatment for bladder problems and his insurer paid up promptly without quibbling about cost which, as a pensioner, was very helpful to me. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 31st August 2021
