Honestly since coming over to anna ive never had a problem, The issue with wirecard which wasnt there fault they dealt with professionally and made sure i was confident i will be able to access my account again, 11 pound a month with the no hassle of transfers and incoming payments makes this bank spot on. I have been with ANNA for just over 4 years and it has been seamless. It’s like having a personal accountant there when you need to ask a question. Effortless invoicing, so easy to chase monies. ANNA cannot be trusted

ANNA is a great idea but they cannot be trusted and does not comply with basic regulation and business ethics. They make misleading advertisements with clear ASA/CAP breaches, cancel plans without notice in breach of regulation and their own T&Cs when you raise complaints, don't comply with DSAR reviews and blatantly lie in their responses. ANNA is a great idea just very poorly executed - which erodes trust in them and their services. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

ANNA is by far the best piece of software I have ever used. Literally no nonsense, has everything you need, they're constantly developing. The app is so convenient, customer support is out of this world. I wish they had personal accounts too, not just business. I would switch to them in a heartbeat. Reviewed on: 29th January 2026

ANNA has been a solid choice for our business banking needs. Account setup was quick and straightforward, with no unnecessary paperwork, and everything is easy to manage through the app. Payments, transfers, and card management are intuitive, and the automated features (like expense categorisation and reminders) save a lot of admin time. For small businesses and startups, it’s especially useful as a low-friction alternative to traditional banks. Support has been responsive when needed, and pricing is transparent with no nasty surprises. While it may not replace a full high-street bank for more complex requirements, for day-to-day business banking it does exactly what it promises. A Nightmare for My New Business - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

As a new business, choosing ANNA Money was a colossal mistake. My business account was blocked for a shocking 13 days immediately after receiving initial payments, trapping my lawful funds and completely paralyzing my operations. Their "final response" for closing my account falsely claimed I didn't provide necessary documents. This is an outright lie! I provided EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT THEY ASKED FOR, PROMPTLY AND DILIGENTLY. The absolute absurdity? I've since successfully opened multiple business accounts with other reputable banks. They asked for the EXACT SAME DOCUMENTS I gave to ANNA Money, and they were all perfectly happy to offer me their services. This clearly proves ANNA Money's internal processes are broken, unprofessional, and frankly, incompetent. This ordeal caused immense personal stress, severely damaged my business's reputation (as I couldn't pay my partners), and wasted valuable time. Their customer service was a loop of generic, unhelpful responses, utterly disregarding the crisis they created. Do NOT trust their Google rankings or any claims of being a top provider. My experience shows their true colours. I have reported ANNA Money to both the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) due to their unacceptable conduct. Do NOT choose ANNA Money. My experience was traumatic, insulting, and devastating for my new venture. They are unfit to provide banking services, and I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone. Unreliable and unjust

As a sole director temporarily abroad, I was shocked to find my business account frozen without any clear deadline or warning after a request for routine documents. Despite explaining my situation and limited access while overseas, Anna Bank proceeded to block incoming payments, including a critical DWP benefit payment that took months to arrange. This action was taken with no regard for fair notice, FCA principles, or the serious consequences to my tenants and business operations. Customer service has been unhelpful and opaque about their procedures. Unjustified, disproportionate, and frankly careless treatment of small business clients. I will be escalating to the Financial Ombudsman and Tribunal Services. Avoid if you need reliability or accountability. Reviewed on: 11th June 2025
