INCREDIBLE

I have issues with contactless cards...my two banks happily changed mine to non contactless....BUT Creation(for ASDA) tell me they ONLY issue contactless !,....?? Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

Creation Finance Suck

I opened my Asda CC account a few years back. I was delighted with the £5000 credit limit and the cash back. I used my card sensibly and paid off my balance monthly. When Asda offered a balance transfer deal I decided to transfer the balance from another card £500. Imagine my surprise when this was declined. I asked them to explain as I had my whole £5000 credit available. They refused to give me a reason, stating operational confidentiality. Well, I have now closed my account with them, citing operational confidentiality as the reason. I am now with Virgin and very happy. Reviewed on: 12th October 2020

Cashback now hardly exists!

When I signed up for the Asda Money Card some years ago, the cashback was great... but within the last year or so, the rate has been reduced to 0.05%. I spend over £160 a week on average at Asda and over 52 weeks... that gets me roughly £90 cashback for Christmas! Nevertheless, it's still free money so I won't complain too much.
