Simple application process and competitive quote

I've been with Aviva for almost four years now, but haven't needed to contact them as the renewal price has always been acceptable. However, I look around for a better price each time the policy comes up for renewal but don't find anything cheaper. When I first changed to Aviva in 2022 the application process was very straightforward and the online documents arrived quickly. No complaints! Reviewed on: 26th August 2026

Simple to do and competitive pricing

I renewed my policy with aviva as they had given a competitive price. Given my personal circumstances (new baby) I didn’t have the time or desire to shop around for another insurer for this year. One disappointing thing was that the premium increased despite no incidents at all and in theory having another No Claims Discount. I cannot fault their service though and it was incredibly easy to renew. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2026

I have insured my car for many years with Aviva. Customer service is very good and it is easy to update my cover whenever I need to. They also give options for cover not available from most other insurers such as a larger courtesy car. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026
