Abysmal service - avoid!

My broker found me this policy, and I decided to proceed. I contacted them not long after policy started, and after 2 calls, waiting for over 45mins - I opted for a callback, which after a week never appeared. I’m afraid for £175 per month, I used this as a sign that I shouldn’t proceed with the policy so cancelled the DD. 1 month later they wrote asking to me complete a new DD mandate. I wrote back advising of the terrible service, to which they just cancelled the policy. A lucky escape and won’t touch them again either a barge-pole for any other policy. Unhappy with breadth and level of cover

I pay a high monthly premium, but recently when I was advised by my GP to have some moles on my body investigated to makes sure they were not cancerous, I have still ended up with bills totalling £711.00. They seem to cover nothing unless you are at deaths door. Reviewed on: 28th July 2019

GOOD COVERAGE

Good coverage relevant to age and income, easy to set up when also purchasing a house. The benefits and coverage offer a lot, should a pay out ever be required. Reviewed on: 17th July 2018

Sympathetic without being condescending

My husband has suffered 2 strokes & gone through treatment for throat cancer in the last 2 years. When I phoned Aviva after the most recent stroke they were extremely helpful & I was very happy with the service I got from them. Reviewed on: 15th July 2017
