Aviva Signature home insurance replaces damaged items with new ones, or pays for them to be restored, repaired or replaced. Damage due to wear and tear or breakdowns is not covered. Accidental damage is an optional cover.

Great Company with focus to Customer Satisfaction

Thanks to Aviva home insurance, the content and my house is safe and covered no matter what the damage might me. I have a mortgage which I require an home insurance for and aviva was able to provide the best services while considering the amount that am willing to spend. Good Value House Contents Insurance

I have never purchased House Contents Insurance before and thought that any quotes would be very expensive, but my deal with Aviva was the cheapest I found. I rent my property and was surprised to find that it was cheaper than my Mum's and she owns her house. The staff on the Customer Service lines are very professional and provided me with a quote immediately. I am very impressed and I intend to look at what other products they have to offer. There when I need them

I have yet to claim on my home insurance and hope I don't have to, but what's worrying me is the excess Id have to pay before making any kind of claim. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

My claim was sorted out fairly quickly & in a very friendly manner, giving me clear & regular updates on how it was progressing

I had to make a claim on my contents insurance because a television fell on my laptop, breaking the top & screen. The staff I spoke to were always polite & friendly, they explained what would happen clearly & my claim was sorted out to my satisfaction within 3 weeks.
