Last years holiday insurance was £200.10 for annual cover. I didn't get a renewal quote by email or post so I forgot it was due. When I phoned them about 3 weeks later they said it would have to be a new quote. They quoted £331.16 for 1 WEEK and £560,36 for a YEAR for european travel. Over the last 10 years I've had Home, Holiday & Car insurance with them. But they have know lost it all. I got cover from Allclear for a third of the price with the same amount of cover. I twisted my ankle on board a cruise ship, got the paperwork from the doctor on board, came home phoned Aviva, didn't want to see anything, took my word for it and money in my account two days later Reviewed on: 13th October 2016
