My time at Bank of Scotland

I've been at this bank multiple times for small transactions, or just trying to sort my issue at the time. Sometimes they were helpful sometimes not really. They're not that busy and yet they decline service when they feel so. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023

The pervasive impact of white mediocrity

The branch in Morningside Edinburgh is grossly inefficient and run by a manager who struts around with an iPad asking people inane things like, ‘how are you with the cash machine, alright?’, but he couldn’t help me to get a diary slot in his colleague’s diary to set up an Executor Account. The cashiers seem fine but don’t try to do anything out of the norm. Can’t do it online, can’t do it in branch so I will take my business to another bank. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

BOS is my first and last bank!

Bank of Scotland was my very first bank and it could not have been simpler to start up and get my life going, BOS is by far the safest and most reliable bank I have ever had the pleasure to hold my money in. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024

Classic Current Account. Works very well for me. Cheque Book and Card that is a Debit Card. Great Online facility linked to my Savings Account and Credit Card and had my previous Cash ISA Accounts on it. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
