Best high street banking app

I have got current account there for years and I’m always happy with the devices provided. Everything can be done on mobile banking or online. Easy and straightforward Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Not easy to speak to

I find the app quite good but trying to speak to someone is very difficult, I have been trying to open a bank account for my teenager for the past 12 months unsuccessfully. The video chat on the app doesn't work and it is 2 month wait for an appointment in branch. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

I like how functional the online banking is and how quick money transfers are. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Sensible with my money

Holding one of the bottom line products , I have found my account to be treated with fairness . No overdraft facility means I stay e we iron budget . This is automatically reviews as my financial situation improves . One the negative side I find , on the sop, it is pushing products that are irrelevant to me . Excellent bank

I have been with Barclays for 11 years and not had one single problem with them and with the new addition of video banking makes it easier to talk to them and they are quite happy to help you with whatever your problem may be great customer service Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
