Great Customer Service

Blue rewards scheme

Barclays give u money back for using their products. You are charged a three pound monthly fee but eran cah back totalling thirteen pounds if you have their current account, mortgage and insurance. Reviewed on: 5th January 2017

Current Account Review

Barclays are always efficient and helpful...service is excellent. However the payment for the current account is a lot. Initially it was a lower rate and this felt good value. At a higher cost the value is less making the account much less appealing. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2017

A good bank for those who like distance banking

Barclays phone App, its innovation in online banking and in remote cheque cashing, mark it out as a bank for those who prefer to do their finances remotely. However, when I do need assistance, Premier banking provides all that I need with efficient and friendly service. In all, the best high street bank that I've used. Reviewed on: 28th December 2016

Easy swap over

I changed banks from a not well known local bank to barcleys, I have a few direct debits/standing orders etc and I did expect some disruption but it all went smoothly, cards arrived quickly PIN numbers for online telephone and mobile banking arrived within days, I get text messages when my account is used with an update of my balance so I won't go overdrawn, win win in my case, so much easier and faster than my old bank Reviewed on: 27th December 2016

Getting expensive

Slow. Helpful. Safe

We have used barclays for years and they have helped us through many good and bad experiences. They can be a bit slow to contact but when they do they never let us down. Overall this company is helpful and responsive to critiscm. Would certainly recommend. Reviewed on: 26th December 2016
