Excellent Customer Service

Ive have been a customer of barclays bank for 18 years and cant fault their excellent customer service. There is no other bank i wouls trust to handle my money! Reviewed on: 2nd June 2016

amoiunt in bank is never up to date

as i said the amount you have in your bank takes ages to update and outgoings don't show up for days online banking with them is awful and you need a card reader to transfer anything which is a huge pain Reviewed on: 1st June 2016

Great Facilities

The new Barclays Bank at Newcastle upon Tyne is great. Gone are the long queues at the counter replaced by manned cash points that you can withdraw or make payments into. Much faster and easy to use once you have had one or two demonstrations from staff. Thanks Barclays. Reviewed on: 19th May 2016

Call Centres

Spot on!

Several years ago when myself and my now wife decided to move in together, we wanted to get a joint bank account together. As my wife had banked with Barclays from the age of 11, she suggested we turn her current account into a joint one if possible. We popped into the bank, and they made it happen in just a few minutes (with the right documents of course) and we even got to have a photo with the premier league trophy!
