Good Online and App Services

I like the online banking service - easy to use and seemingly reliable. Also the mobile app - which is intuitive and provides a comprehensive set of services. Rarely use any branches - which is perhaps testament to the usability of online services Reviewed on: 8th February 2020

A caring bank at last

Have had accounts in the past with various banks. Was looking for a local bank but most banks had left Haverhill including the bank I was with. Was not going to travel 30 miles to see someone. So turned to the two banks left. One I had bad service from so Barclays it was. Surprise surprise the choice was a good one. Lovely staff and good service. Barclays is the one to beat!

I have banked with Barclays for over 25 years now, I rate them very highly as a bank. They text me if I'm about to enter my overdraft, to check if an online payment was made by myself and every time I set up a new payee they'll message me to verify before releasing the funds. They make me feel like my account is safe from fraud which is very reassuring to me. I also get amazing benefits from my Premier Bank Account; Breakdown cover, Travel insurance, Mobile Phone insurance and even six passes to Airport lounges! Reviewed on: 6th February 2020
