A truly helpful bank

As a university student I have been with Barclays for over a decade now. Barclays helped me to set up my very first savings account ! Staff are always so helpful and friendly at my local branch. I love that barclays is so accessible for people with visible and not so obvious disabilities. The physical layout of each branch is just wonderful. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2020

Barclays Mobile Banking App is a star for me. Bank in your pocket, wherever, whenever. Top it all, Barclays Video Banking, all day, every day, not a customer service across the seven seas, but right here in England and a trained, professional personal banker at your service. a pretty average uninspiring bank

Barclays bank is typical of most banks, they do not know me from adam, even though I am a so called premier customer, all they are bothered about is making money, they are reasonably efficient at that. I used to know my bank Manager and could go and talk to him, not any more, alas. They make it difficult to talk to staff and when they do it's in a foreign country. Reviewed on: 29th January 2020

My number one priority when choosing a bank - is my money safe. If Barclays has proved something to me it's that my money is safe. Additionally any problems I've had with the bank have been sorted no more than 24-hours after I've complained. The maintenance notification is also very helpful. Reviewed on: 29th January 2020
