Barclays is the one to beat!

I have banked with Barclays for over 25 years now, I rate them very highly as a bank. They text me if I'm about to enter my overdraft, to check if an online payment was made by myself and every time I set up a new payee they'll message me to verify before releasing the funds. They make me feel like my account is safe from fraud which is very reassuring to me. I also get amazing benefits from my Premier Bank Account; Breakdown cover, Travel insurance, Mobile Phone insurance and even six passes to Airport lounges! Reviewed on: 6th February 2020

despite having had the account for almost 6 years an...

despite having had the account for almost 6 years and it being my main bank, I don't receive offers as a customer, my card has never raised the credit limit, I think a bank is not as loyal to its customers Barclays Reviewed on: 14th June 2024

Not an awful lot to say, the easiest bank to use in my experience, with an easy to use app. Unfortunately the app no longer allows you to track accounts you have with other banks, but it is still easy to make transfers and manage balances and cards etc. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
