Too Professional

I understand that the bank needs to be sure of whom they're rendering services to but, they need to be a little more careful with how they interrogate new intending customers so as not to make them feel insecure. Reviewed on: 25th March 2019

Fabulous Bank

Whether it is fraud, advice or plain old help, barclays are always there with polite customer service, fast prompt answering, no holding on for hours waiting to be answered. Face to face branches are always efficient and helpful. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

Easy To use

Theie account is easy to use, able to set up transfer to and from savings to current account easily and keep track of money via their online app Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

Customer Service 2nd to none

Having found £700 taken from two accounts after a transacton abroad, a fraud case was raised straight away, money back in accounts within a day. Amazing customer service. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019
