Superb customer service! Thank you!

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten! Brilliant service! Highly recommend!

Ian and the team at BBS were amazing. Ian was super helpful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He made the application process so easy and was available if I had any issues. The admin team were quick and thorough. These guys honestly have such amazing mortgage service, it way exceeds most of the larger high street mortgage lenders. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Professional and personal, first class in all aspects.

A refreshing change to be a customer of an organisation that clearly see its members as individuals. How nice to be able to talk to somebody on the phone without having to go through countless menu options. Queries always dealt with promptly and with clarity. I would highly recommend. Excellent service.

Had a complicated FTB case to place and needed guidance through the application process. Ben Hutchings (head of mortgages) and his team were very helpful and easy to deal with.
