A customer focused society.

The society has always been among the first to increase savings interest rates fi B of E rate rise. For this alone they deserve to be voted best building society. In addition they also provide exemplary customer service. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Helpful and friendly

It is always a pleasure to visit the Moorland Road Branch. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming; nothing is too much trouble. They may not give the best rates, but those available are clear and uncomplicated, as are their procedures. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Friendly, ethical and helpful

Provided my first mortgage, helped when I paid it off when I moved home, always had at least one savings account. I like it that tey recognise loyal members, and have maintained their mutal status. Sending me a birthday card on my 70th was unexpected, not sure I wanted to be reminded... Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Bath building society

Bath building society is one of the better ones, it's regular saver has no closing date, most are one or two years only, this account I believe may now be closed and was only available to existing customers who were members as at a certain date, but they do look after regular customers who receive exclusive members only offers from time to time. My friendly Building Society

Bath Building Society (BIBS as they are locally known, have two offices in Bath, one in the centre and one in Moorland Road, a thriving suburb of Bath. I am lucky enough to live near the latter and although I do not need to visit very often, whenever I do, I am welcomed with a friendly smile and a seat. I have gone there with all sorts of queries and they always do their very best to help. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
