Great help received from Rachel

My wife and I came in to the Moorland Road branch after experiencing some difficulties online. Rachel was great in helping us oldies and has continued to email us and answer any queries. We chose Bath Building Society because they offer such a good personal service and it is great to call and speak to a person and not a computer. Thank you Rachel for all your help! Online access restored with speed!

I had issues accessing my online account on the website and on the App. I spoke with Rokas who helped me through fixing this, but eventually has to pass it to a more technical team. I received a call from Chris who was extremely helpful and fixed the issue. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
