I am very happy with yourselves

I am very happy with yourselves but I think you should be aware that it is not easy to have documents certified by banks. Some will only certify their own documents and it took me three visits to gain two certifications. Reviewed on: 18th October 2025

Local and convenient!

I opened a Fixed Rate Bond and was served by Jane. I like Bath Building Society because it is local and convenient. I also like the staff who are friendly and helpful. Also, because I have hearing loss on the telephone I am pleased you have a “live chat” on your website which I have found very useful and helpful - in fact invaluable. Reviewed on: 18th October 2025

Nice to visit a local branch

I visited the Oldfield Park branch to open an account for my mother and register myself as the power of attorney. I saw Gemma who made the whole process stress free and straightforward. It was lovely to be able to call into a local branch and do things face to face. Very pleased with the service I received. Reviewed on: 15th October 2025

The people that work there are so helpful and friendly.

I visited the Oldfield Park branch recently and was served by Ella. The people who work there are so helpful and friendly. However, the standard of IT was not great. Something went wrong and the young lady said ‘Error’ came up on her screen and she then had to complete the transaction manually which took a long time. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
