A very reliable, friendly local building society

A very reliable, friendly local building society that has interests of their customers at heart. Every time I went there I was met with courteous and efficient staff, no long queues, and whatever i wanted was dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner. Reviewed on: 18th September 2024

Positive overall. Different to large corporate banks.

Being a building society rather than a bank, things are a bit slower, softer and less obvious. I get worried every time I transfer money in to my account that it is going to the right place. I get worried that when I come to withdraw my money, the organisation won't exist. The savings account is however a great way to prepare for the future, they offer more than the big banks do. Great service in branch and on-line

Great service in branch and good on-line access to account information. Very much like the society approach to customer engagement with regular opportunities to meet the management team and provide feedback. Competitive savings rates and good savings products. Reviewed on: 17th September 2024
