There was a new teller in the wood street branch today. They were obviously being trained but a very experienced teller. I found the experience interring and was assured that by her training he would be excellent at their job. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2025

I really like being able to walk in and speak to someone in person when setting up a savings account. Really helpful and friendly staff. It would be helpful to have interest rates of fixed ISA pinned in the passbook. Reviewed on: 4th September 2025
