They have been a great support over the past 2 years while I was struggling with my finances. They provided me with exceptional financial support and helped me to purchase the vehicle I needed. I was struggling financially and has arrears pay before April. The first customer service personnel I spoke to reported that she can only expended the payment for only 3 months and no more. However, the customer service personnel I spoke today I think his name is Shawn or Shaw in fact he is the best and excellent customer service personnel I have ever spoken to. He helped me by extending it to the amount I will be able to manage and pay without much stress depression. He really made my day and I wish people like him will be promoted to mangers in future because they can contribute alot to the company. Thank you and I really appreciate everything today. BEST COMPANY

Given my own traumatic experience unrelated to this company I fell behind for a large number of months but this company Blue Motor Finance didn't falter didn't miss a beat going above and beyond in not only supporting me emotionally ( which isn't their job ) but they did anyway understanding everything as if they were my friends they always treated me with respect and helped me get back on track now.im up to date and it's all because of them their team I can't put into words how not only professional but kind, caring and understanding I owe alot to this company it was never about money as they let me pay what I could and my well being was always clear at the forefront of they're focus THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART Blue Motor! Worst car finance company ever!

Worst car finance company ever!!! Avoid like the plague. They have totally ignored my right to withdraw within the 14-day cooling off period and keep sending me correspondence requesting repayment even though I never took delivery of the vehicle due to an issue with the dealership company. Total waste of time and space. On to the Ombudsman!!! Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Car Financed last year

I financed a car last year that was a good car , processed quick and absolutely fine, with a zero deposit cost seemed to be a bit high altogether but still met our need. The service provided was really good. Staff were available to help , devoted to support. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025
