No Hassle

Applied for Loan and with No Hassle I soon had the car that I wanted. After about four months I wanted to pay of half of the loan and reduce the term length and they could not have been nicer and made it so simple that it was done in minutes. I wasn’t going to leave a review of Blue Motor Finance but as they sent me an email asking for feedback to improve their service here goes…. Please do not purchase a vehicle using this company if you value your time and want to keep your stress levels down. Purchasing a vehicle which subsequently has multiple faults is difficult enough but the lack of consideration and courtesy shown by the Blue Motor Finance complaints department makes the situation even worse. Fair and Understanding Car Finance Experience

I delayed writing this review for a long time, but I must say, they provided a very fair agreement for my car finance in 2017. Five years later, they were very understanding with the final repayments, allowing me to successfully pay off my car. Communication was clear and concise through email, and they treat their customers with kindness and logic. Additionally, their customer portal is well-designed and easy to use. Complaints team need better staff.

will Avoid using this finance. I brought a vehicle last month (may 2024) on finance and had issues with that vehicle. i have mentioned clearly in my emails that i will be returning this vehicle and still my case handler jessica ( complaints team) as closed my enquiry with out resloving the issue and used 1 of my many emails to justify that i have accepted the repairs.
