Purchased a car on finance within two weeks it broke...

Purchased a car on finance within two weeks it broke down. Two months later the car is burning oil and complaint was raised. The mot on the vehicle is fraudulent had advisories on the previous one that was promised would be fixed. They have not been touched and the mot has passed with no issues. I’ve had an independent inspection carried out and over a week later I’m still waiting for someone to respond. I have a vehicle I am paying for and can’t use but have been told if I stop the payments it will affect my credit rating. Would not recommend anyone using blue finance. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Avoid. You will regret using them.

Avoid. I wish I had. They will deal with one issue, then ignore you when they don't want to deal with any more. They will close the complaint down before anything is fixed, then say that if you don't like it, go to the financial ombudsman. Apparently, a car that cuts out completely and loses all power, has a knocking exhaust, screeching from the engine and other issues is deemed fit for purpose, with no serious faults. And you can't get hold of them to discuss it. As the rude Felicien told me; they are not responding to my emails, or calling me back, because they have closed my complaint. Despite having promised me calls back and emails. This has gone on for months, since I purchased the car in July 23. Gutted, as I rely on my car to get to and from work, and transport my kids, safely. You don't expect it, or this level of service, when you are paying 13 grand. Don't be tempted.
