Ok, could be better

Easy to use app with plenty of support options and transaction history at your fingertips. Not enough done to keep up with competitors when it comes to displaying spending trends. No perks in comparison to other banks e.g. no cash back feature Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

HSBC and the cost of living

I've been with HSBC for a year or two now and this year especially they have been very helpful. They emailed me to say I could have a £500 interest free amount on my overdraft for a year which has really helped out considering I've been struggling to reduce my overdraft and credit card balance. It has relived some of the pressure and I think they've done a great job in offering it as a solution to combat the rise in living costs for those that are struggling Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
