Low overdraft charges

I've been with HSBC for a long time and that's mainly because it's always been so easy. Good online banking and the fact that they don't have a set charge for dipping into your overdraft ( just a daily interest which works out far cheaper) means I'd be reluctant to change. Could try harder

In terms of functionality no complaints, ease of use is good but compared to other banks out there the 'thank yous' you get in the way of cash back offers are poor. Most if all offers are only if you shop online at obscure retailers or those places you would normally shop instore. Take the likes of Lloyds who do mega amounts of cashback deals on lots of places that you eat and shop regularly, with no requirement that you need to shop online! Reviewed on: 9th November 2018
