Excellent service

I have been with Nationwide for 29 years and I have had nothing short of excellent service from them whenever I need them. There customer service is second to none and they are always my go to! Reviewed on: 12th January 2016

never a problem

Nationwide have a fantastic option where they let you know by text when your account goes over or under a certain amount which you set yourself. There is also the option for getting text messages to tell you something is due to be paid and there is not enough money in your account so you have time to top up. I rarely ring them but when I do the call handlers are always polite and helpful. On the occasions I have sent a message they have always replied within the three working days they promise and usually sooner. I like my account. I cannot go overdrawn. I cannot be tempted by an overdraft. In fact the only gripe is charges which are my own fault any way and I don't know of a bank that doesn't charge! Even if I did I wouldn't want to move. An account which gave me a chance

5
I had a lot of financial problems and could not find a bank that would give me any type of account at all, so I found out about Nationwide Flexaccount and have never been happier. It is a basic account which is what I need, it means that I cannot really get into any more difficulty. Reviewed on: 4th January 2016

Good account

I have had an account with the Nationwide for more than 30 years and have never experienced any major problems. However, I am thinking bout changing as you really need to be a new customer to get the full advantages available. Reviewed on: 30th December 2015

Easy to use card & mobile app

5
I have been with nationwide for years since I was a kid. My current account is perfect for me & the banking app is so easy to use with a direct line that takes you straight to an advisor weekdays evenings & weekends ! Without queueing Reviewed on: 29th December 2015

Simple Basic Account

4
A very basic bank account for those who need no bells or whistles, compared to other banks Nationwide is easy to deal with via online banking and email which is important for me as a customer who is unable to use a telephone. They keep me well informed and no worry about unfair bank charges. The only issue I have is that they seem to have fewer branches than other banks locally here in North Tyneside so if I need to go talk to them in person or put in money it's a little more tricky. Otherwise no problems with them. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Fairly new, fairly satisfied customer

I use this as a joint account but cannot get even a small overdraft or any frills on an account with Nationwide despite holding a good credit rating and the same facilities with other banks. I use internet banking which is fairly cluttered and have never had to use telephone banking. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

I switched to Nationwide a couple of months ago and so far it's the best decision that I've made. Their online banking system has got to be the most efficient that I've encountered. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

I had this bank account for a couple of years, what impressed me is the ease of their online banking, so simple to use, clear and direct. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
