Above and beyond staff, I feel cared for and respected

When my boyfriend went into hospital in the USA, I had to quickly buy a flight to be with him, it cost over £1000, that's a months wage for me, I had to approach Capital Credit Union at the eleventh hour and they came through for me, they really went above and beyond to help me get to where I needed to be. I have had several loans from CCU since joining them in 2010, they never lend without enabling me to save while paying back, so I can maintain a feeling of being in control of the loan, I always have savings accruing whole paying back. I opened 3 saving accounts with capital credit union...

Green loans

We had 2 green loans from CCU. They were easy to take out and offered great rates with no early repayment fees. They have now been repayed which was a faff to begin with but after contacting their customer services things were very straightforward. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
