Excellent rates, prompt and lovely customer service

My partner and I use CCU for the excellent rates. Staff are always very prompt to respond to questions and have always been able to give us helpful information and accurate time frames. We'll certainly continue to use them in the future! Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Capital credit union 5 star

I agreed a loan with Capital credit union to finance solar panels, batteries and air source heat pump. Everything went smoothly and in a good time frame. An issue occurred when I was awarded government funding for the heat pump, I phoned to organise paying the funding into the account, turns out the wrong account had been set up initially, this was sorted within a hour and things have been good ever since.
