Everything has been great so far but there are a few...

Everything has been great so far but there are a few things that would give Chase a perfect score. 1) they do not offer joint accounts, 2) they do not support CHAPS, 3) you cannot deposit a cheque via mobile app, 4) you cannot deposit cash via Post Office. Great online banking service.

Great online banking service. It is easy to use and love the features that allow moving money to savings and back again within the app. The debit card does not have numbers on it so have to get used to finding them in the app but once familiar with where things are its easy and protects my card data. Very easy to navigate app, decent rewards which are well incorporated - easy to transfer rewards balance to the accounts you hold. Good charts and historical view on spending as well. Good to use for travel and daily spending as cashback on TFL and groceries. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
