Good but not as good as last year service and offers

The app and service is great. However -1 star for when claiming for item not received or not as shown. Its seems a long winded processes compare to others. Also before the 1% cash back was adding £500 to Act, but now it is £1,500 which is a lot of money in today issues so not as good as last year Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Current account that saves you money

Very easy to move money between Chase current account and Chase saver, which is boosted to 5% interest. Also, Chase gives 1% cash back on purchases up to £15 per month and also can set up a round up saver. So, it is easy to save even just running a current account. Online payments very easy. Good security. Better than my other online current account. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Great customer service, explaining of procedure and process. I use Chase as everyday banking and I like the user interface, the cashback and the rewarding offers. The categories of payments are always accurate, messaging easy to understand. I’ve made some large payments as a customer including for house purchasing and the staff have been really helpful as well as taking care to inform me of fraud and other risks Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Great online/app service with no issues
