Generally excellent.

Generally excellent. Two things needed international bank transfer and being able to allow Xero to access my transactions. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Excellent Customer service.

When my card was used fraudulently chase were very quick to issue a refund of the value taken and also changed my card details. I didn't even have to wait for a new card in the post as it can all be done electronically. They are always available at the end of the phone and always very helpful Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
