Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Good customer service, very tough fraud team!

Good customer service, very tough fraud team! Been enjoying the boosted interest for the first 6 months in the savings pot, and the instance access makes it very easy to use except if you try to pay someone new a significant amount - then you have to jump through quite a few hoops to prove you are not being scammed! Reassurance

In July 2025, just weeks before I was due to leave the UK for three years of voluntary work overseas, I was unexpectedly informed by my existing online bank that they could only support my banking needs for a further six months.
