Love Chase bank I love the way that your phone call...

Love Chase bank I love the way that your phone call is answered straight away,and your not kept on hold for long periods off time. The staff answering the call are all so polite and very very helpful. I personally should not use any other bank for my main banking needs. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Still strong

Chase isn't as great as it was before, but it is still good enough compared to other banks. Chase is definitely developing to be one of the best banks in the UK. I am still using Chase as my main bank, but currently Trading 212 with 1.5% cashback and PayPal+ with 1% cashback are better choice for some customers. I hope that Chase will find a way to be on the top again. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

The best current account provider by far.

Since moving my current account to Chase I have had nothing other than an excellent experience.. The app is especially useful and helps me easily keep track of my current and savings account. The transition to Chase from my previous provider was easy too. I had a problem with an unknown transaction on my account and customer service was immediately available and sorted my problem quickly to my satisfaction. I can't recommend Chase highly enough.
