Review of the Churchill Insurance, Car insurance:

Out of my 6 years of driving I will never ever be go...

Out of my 6 years of driving I will never ever be going back to Churchill let me run this down for you started with the company from July were now in November I've rang up 5 times over the last 4 months for them to tell me they have a IT problem and they will ring me back never heard nothing back decided to ring back for the last time In this November for them to tell me there's a defect with my insurance. After already taking a payment off me they then tell me they need to cancel my insurance start a new one and take another payment again in the same month with no refund after all I wanted was my no claims discount protecting adding on which I already added on from the start then once the insurance started they decided it wasn't protected after 4 months of IT issues they tell me oh we can now add protected no claims that they also confirmed I put it on in the first place to also say sorry for the amount of times ive called and no call back for them to turn around and say yes we can add it but need to cancel and take another payment with just a sorry. That's my last time using this company and stay away never had a issue with anyone else apart from these shocking Reviewed on: 21st November 2024

Rubbish

Cancelled my policy. As sold my car and not replacing I pay annually so it run out September 2018 .Was told yes cancel it but we will take £53 and you will get a refund of £23 . I tried to argue bug was told more or less tough .and should read small print .what are they loosing I paid up front so no interest lost .Any advice on getting my £53 back .I wouldn't mind paying a cancelation fee but not that much .The moral of the story is don't be persuaded by a nodding dog . easy to use insurance

I have found that they are friendly on the phone, and they don't rush you, also they do mention the other insurance's that they do. BUT, don't push you into buying them Reviewed on: 29th September 2017

Simple Renewal Procedure & Competitive Premiums

I've insured with them for 2 years now, their customer service on the phone is excellent & all staff I've spoken to are friendly and efficient. Their renewal procedure is simple and their price was very competitive. Taking out the policy in the first place was easy and the paperwork arrived quickly. Reviewed on: 28th September 2017
