easy to use insurance

I have found that they are friendly on the phone, and they don't rush you, also they do mention the other insurance's that they do. BUT, don't push you into buying them Reviewed on: 29th September 2017

Simple Renewal Procedure & Competitive Premiums

I've insured with them for 2 years now, their customer service on the phone is excellent & all staff I've spoken to are friendly and efficient. Their renewal procedure is simple and their price was very competitive. Taking out the policy in the first place was easy and the paperwork arrived quickly. Reviewed on: 28th September 2017

Good cover but no loyalty perks

Stayed with Churchill Car Insurance for about 5 years. No problems whatsoever with cover or customer service, but that said I never had any cause to deal with their claims dept. Each year the renewal quotes increased and I'd phone up and they'd reduce it slightly...there was no discount for loyalty and the quotes for new customers were WAY below what they'd quote me as an existing customer. Eventually left, I told them why and they made no attempt to match their new customer quote. If you've money to throw away then a good company to go with, if you're on a budget look elsewhere.
