Easy setup without tons of questions

They offer a good price for my home and contents and they don't ask tons of questions like some do about every type of lock you have. I was happy to renew with them Reviewed on: 21st June 2019

Held to ransom

They're charging me almost £70 to cancel my policy. I have been with them years, loyally renewed, never had a discount, never made a claim. They have had hundreds from me and this is how you get treated when you're forced to cancel because of their rip off outrageous prices they think they can get away with from people who loyally renew. Disgusting. Their customer advisors couldn't care less. They just parrot the company line. Will never use again. Will let everyone know how they treat customers Reviewed on: 20th February 2019
