My experience

After the site crashed before I could complete I was not a happy person, which I did tell your member of staff. However he sorted everything very efficiently and all is well. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Trustworthy and hassle free

Churchill are outstanding as insurance providers, their prices very affordable with amazing cover. I needed repairs due to water damage, one phone call is all it took and everything ran beautifully smoothly from there. I'm extremely happy with the repairs done and won't be in a hurry to change my provider. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Amendment to the policy.

The amendment was dealt with very efficiently . The advice given on the phone was detailed and very helpful. The amended documents were received within a few days. Reviewed on: 28th August 2019

Great company but.....

Customer service was great with friendly and knowledgeable staff, but the only problem I have is why do the customer not get the best price when offered to renew. I telephone Churchill’s after being given my renewal price and got it slightly cheaper than the previous year and a lot cheaper than the renewal price, so why not offer me this price in the first place., but saying all that , they are a good company. I always find them the cheapest

Stress-free and efficient

They don't take the Mick at renewal

Had a good few years of service. Happy to continue. Prices have only risen very slightly so happy with that. No price rise games. I have never made a claim in my life but it's those times when you realise the quality of care, so I can't comment on this aspect. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2019
