True i been 1 time later.

True i been 1 time later. But they give me on Word 1000£ dont event know me. After few months i pay i apply for them mail about 3k£. But every time they say no, after hard try contact them, every time support be not helpfull too much. I have been with clockwise credit union since I was 17 yrs old I am now 43 yrs old I have never had a problem. But since the office closed in Coventry city centre and the entire business is now an online service its has failed me miserably my mother and 4 aunties all have accounts to witch they now won’t to close as the telephone manor and helpfulness has gone the staff are rood unhelpful very nonchalant and not bothered that is not how to run customer service after my holiday next year I will be closing my account to kind regards Lisa maggs membership number 121749 .
